Margaret Boudreaux, RN, BSN
Margaret is a registered nurse with nearly two decades of clinical experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, detail-driven patient care. She has been a practicing RN since 2006 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU’s School of Nursing.
Margaret has built a diverse clinical background, with extensive experience in post-operative and perioperative care. She has served in both the Transplant Stepdown Unit and the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Ochsner in New Orleans. During her time in New Orleans, she also worked at St. Charles Surgical Hospital, providing specialized care to women recovering from breast reconstructive surgery following breast cancer. She further expanded her surgical nursing expertise at Lafayette General Surgical Hospital, gaining valuable pre- and post-operative experience across a wide range of procedures.
In 2015, Margaret participated in an international medical mission trip to Santa Marta, Colombia, where she assisted surgeons with cleft lip and palate repairs and provided hands-on patient care—an experience that reflects both her clinical skill and her dedication to service.
In addition to bedside nursing, Margaret has worked closely with a general surgeon, refining her abilities in medical chart analysis, further strengthening her analytical and organizational expertise.
Margaret was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and is a graduate of St. Thomas More High School. She is a proud owner of a legal nurse consulting business and a devoted mother of three—Maddie, Ryan, and Savannah. She balances entrepreneurship and motherhood with purpose, grace, and a deep commitment to helping others.
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys running, exercising, and reading—particularly books centered on spiritual growth and personal development. You’ll often find her cheering on her children at their activities or spending time with family and friends rooting for the LSU Tigers.
